The Senior Manager, Retail Technology leads the design, delivery, and support of software systems and supporting infrastructure that power retail operations — e-commerce, point-of-sale (POS), inventory/order management, omnichannel fulfillment, and store-facing applications. This role owns technical direction for one or more engineering teams, balances delivery speed with system reliability, and partners closely with Product, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Architecture to ensure retail platforms and their underlying infrastructure scale for peak seasonal demand.
