Pay Range

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to 120,000.

What you’ll be doing in this role

• Lead the Product Safety & Toxicology function, providing scientific and regulatory oversight to ensure the safety and compliance of DECIEM's global product portfolio
• Partner with Applied Research, Brand, Claims, and Regulatory teams to guide innovative products—from concept through registration and commercialization
• Drive the safety strategy for emerging categories, including OTC products, natural health products, supplements, and cosmetics, with a focus on supporting future business growth
