Electronic Arts creates next‑level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. This role is for a Senior Program Manager, Playtesting Programs, who will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of EA's community playtesting ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PQI's large‑scale playtesting programs.
• Translate strategic objectives into scalable experiences, workflows, and capabilities that increase playtesting effectiveness, participation, and insight quality.
• Develop and communicate a compelling vision that aligns executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams, and build strategic partnerships across EA and with external partners.
