- Lead the development of a global benefits delivery model that balances enterprise standards with local requirements
- Oversee benefits due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions and minimize talent risk
- Manage relationships with global brokers and third-party administrators either directly or through team-members, providing guidance and expectations
- Drive performance through KPIs and lead negotiations on plan pricing and service levels
- Act as the SME and advisor to internal governance committees overseeing retirement and benefit plans
