As the Senior Manager, you will integrate short-range ore control models and long-range mineral resource modeling. This senior technical leadership role requires 10–15+ years of experience in mine geology and mineral resource modeling. Collaborate with site geology teams and ensure alignment between operational execution and reported mineral resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee short to medium-range grade control models
• Optimize reconciliation practices of ore control models
• Review long-range mineral resource models and ensure compliance
• Lead geostatistical analyses and improve modeling workflows
• Mentor site-based and corporate geologists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering
• 10–15+ years in mine geology, ore control
