THE ROLE
Under the direction of an Associate Director, Resilience and Engagement, Strategic Program Development, the Senior Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to a team focused on Program Evaluation and Performance Measurement.
They will lead a newly established Performance Measurement and Program Evaluation team, setting the direction for how Military Family Services (MFS) measures and demonstrates impact. They will develop and implement a centralized, standardized approach to performance measurement by establishing shared language, tools, and frameworks that support consistency across programs.
They will oversee the evaluation and reporting of key initiatives, ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and translated into clear, actionable insights that inform decision‑making.
