What is the opportunity?As a member of the Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Operational Risk team, you will lead a critical function that strengthens RBC's operational resilience. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible to design and execute sophisticated integrated scenario testing strategies that validate our ability to navigate supplier disruptions and activate business continuity plans when it matters most. You will also collaborate with procurement, IT, legal, and business units to design realistic, high-impact tabletop exercises that expose vulnerabilities and build organizational confidence.What will you do?

Design and implement a comprehensive testing framework for supplier exit strategies and business continuity plans, aligned with RBC's risk appetite and regulatory requirements

Develop annual and quarterly testing roadmaps with defined scope, timelines, scenarios, and stakeholder engagement protocols
