Role Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end indirect tax compliance (GST/HST, QST, PST) across all applicable jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deadlines.
Support month‑end and quarter‑end close, including preparation of tax accruals, account reconciliations, forecasts and variance analysis.
Identify and pursue ITC and ITR recovery opportunities; conduct risk assessments to surface and remediate material exposures.
Manage relationships with external tax authorities, including preparation of audit responses and correspondence with CRA and provincial agencies.
