Senior manager focus factory

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating all functions of a Focus Factory, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, In-sourcing, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Supply Chain Performance. Partners with the Value Stream Leader to drive profitable growth across the value stream. This role generally supports a multi-site Focus Factory or has responsibility for a Focus Factory location, typically supporting backshop operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead safety and environmental initiatives within the Focus Factory to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Drive quality performance across incoming supplier quality, internal manufacturing processes, and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
