About the Role:
BRAC International Microfinance (BI MF) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Financial Inclusion component of the Accelerating Impact for Young Women (AIM) programme. This is a role for someone who is deeply committed to helping young women in Africa build greater livelihoods and resilience; can balance strategic thinking with finding solutions to on-the-ground operational details and is excited to work and learn in a Global South development organisation.
The AIM program is set to serve 2 million young women across Africa by 2030, and this role is critical in helping the 7 BRAC Microfinance entities design, deliver and improve the financial inclusion component.
