Opportunity Description
To strengthen our team in the newly established Zurich office, we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, and motivated (Senior) Manager (100%) to join us.
As a (Senior) Manager at CFGI, you turn complex accounting and reporting questions into clear, decision-ready solutions and take end-to-end ownership of client engagements – from scoping and proposal through delivery and follow-on opportunities. Your clients span listed companies, mid-caps, private-equity portfolio companies, and high-growth scale-ups.
You set the standard for technical quality across your engagements, manage multiple projects in parallel on time and on budget, and carry commercial responsibility for your portfolio. You spot opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute actively to business development. Just as importantly, you coach and grow Managers and/or (Senior) Consultants around you and help shape how the practice itself develops.
