Opportunity Overview

Senior Manager, External and Sustainability Reporting is a key contributor in telling the story of RBC’s financial results and sustainability initiatives to the public, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to create effective and consistent external reporting. This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of RBC’s external disclosures, build technical and leadership skills, and cultivate strong relationships across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and delivery of RBC’s annual and quarterly externally disclosed deliverables, including the Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A).
• Primary preparer of critical, high‑profile external reporting materials, ensuring governance and effective challenge are incorporated into the end‑to‑end report and underlying processes.
