Responsibilities
- Foster technical collaboration across multiple product groups, ARTs, journeys and Digital Channel to align on shared technology goals and architecture standards
- Lead execution of ART features across product teams, ensuring platform strategies scale effectively across the pods
- Ensure teams are working towards building and utilizing reusable, scalable components, drive AI adoption, automation and technical efficiencies
- Lead efforts to design and implement foundational platform architecture (aligning with Mobile, Online and Salesforce)
- Identify and prioritize foundational initiatives such as security, performance optimization, framework/libraries
