WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Manager of DevOps Developer Tools leads the operational excellence and technical enablement of RBC's Enterprise DevOps developer tooling ecosystem. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a diverse portfolio of on-premises and SaaS-based developer tools and platforms that support RBC's software deliverylifecycle.You will lead a team of DevOps Engineers and Developers responsible for ensuring these platforms remain highly available, performant, and aligned with developer experience,engineering standards, and compliance requirements.
