Role Overview

The Engineering and Innovation (E&I) team at SB Energy assists decision‑making across all life cycle phases of renewable projects and seeks a Senior Manager to lead datacenter‑focused innovation efforts. The initial focus will be on our VoltGuard initiative, which provides grid stability and energy support functions for datacenters.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from various stakeholders including customers, engineering, construction companies, equipment manufacturers, financiers, and subject matter experts.
• Develop commercialization strategy: business model, partnerships, intellectual property.
