In this role you will:Drive the development and implementation of bank-wide culture and performance initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and outcomes globally.
Design, build, and deliver communications and change management plans tailored to key stakeholder groups (e.g., Employees, People Managers, HRBPs).
Assess training needs and partner with the Learning team to develop relevant materials that influence mindsets and behaviors in support of a high-performance culture.
Lead annual culture portfolio activities, including reporting, advisory support, and enablement aligned with broader people initiatives (e.g., leadership, rewards, inclusion, well-being, performance).
