Senior Manager, Capital Projects and Campus Infrastructure

Job Summary:
Reporting to and partnering with the Vice President for Facilities , the Senior Manager, Capital Projects and Campus Infrastructure directly manages the University’s capital projects, including: new construction, campus infrastructure, interior renovation, repurposing, relocation, new installation and replacement of non-mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ( MEP ) equipment, and site improvements at the Metropolitan and Florham Campuses. Assists with or directly manages, as assigned, major MEP , utility system, and building envelope upgrades and replacements at the Metropolitan and Florham Campuses. Develops proposed/potential capital projects and makes recommendations for project priority based on University need and available resources.
