As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation – AI Enablement, you will support the firm’s AI initiatives, translating opportunities into scalable workflow and process improvements. This is a business transformation role focused on process, change management, and enablement – not a technical or AI engineering position.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the AI CoE’s implementation standards, guardrails, and playbooks so teams can experiment and deploy AI consistently, safely, and repeatably across the Firm.
• Lead structured intake and triage of AI opportunities; shape problem statements and success metrics; support prioritization recommendations; and establish mechanisms to track and report realized benefits post‑implementation.
