Strategic Initiative Delivery: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high‑priority initiatives across the Tangerine Business portfolio, including product launches (deposits, lending, payments), digital platform readiness, and take‑to‑market activation. This includes goal setting, roadmapping, milestone tracking, and delivery oversight. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with business leaders and functional partners (Technology, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Legal) to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
