Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting, audit and tax service needs of a portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in business development
- Manage the engagement process from initial scheduling, planning and work delegation through to client review and financial statement sign off
- Effectively manage a team of Staff Accountants, Senior Staff Accountants and Managers
- Review work and provide meaningful feedback on each engagement
