Senior Maintenance Technician (Live-In)

Salary: $40,000 - $49,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, routine, emergency, and general maintenance duties across residential properties, including suite turnover and ensuring units are rent‑ready.
- Conduct daily building inspections, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler, and mechanical repairs.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders, ensuring resident requests and service concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee contractors, cleaning staff, and vendors while ensuring quality, safety, and operational compliance across the property.
