Senior M&A Analyst: AI-Driven Diligence & Modelling

Dealflou seeks a senior analyst in Bogotá to lead financial modelling across 4–6 concurrent mandates and to curate a robust comparables dataset with public and community submissions. You will run AI-diligence passes on CIM v3, review flags, and benchmark findings against precedent transactions.

You will also mentor a junior analyst on platform usage and modelling rigour, joining a fast-paced LATAM practice based in Bogotá or with relocation support for the right candidate.
