Senior Lending & Credit Lead for Social Impact Finance

Community Housing Funding Agency (CHFA), part of the Community Finance Group, is seeking a new role reporting to the Head of Lending. This position will take significant transactions from initial conversation through drawdown, deepen borrower relationships and support special projects with the CEO and SLT.

You will own end‑to‑end lending, model loans across long horizons, assess risk and play a key role in designing new lending initiatives.
