An opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior level superannuation lawyer to join its collaborative in-house legal team.

This role sits at the heart of the fund's legal function, providing senior level legal advice across the business, with a focus on superannuation products, regulatory compliance and trustee obligations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the fund operates lawfully, prudently and in the best financial interests of its members, translating complex and evolving regulatory requirements into clear, practical, risk aware advice.
