Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Performance, the Senior Lead, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) provides leadership and oversight for EVR’s Sustainable Development Environmental Management System, ensuring alignment with HSEC&HR; Standards and supporting consistent implementation across the business. The role is responsible for EMS governance, conformance, training, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen environmental performance. The Senior Lead also serves as the administrator for the Glencore Sustainability Database (GSD), leading processes that support accurate, complete, and compliant sustainability reporting.
