Senior LATAM Marketplace Operations Leader

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategy & Planning Senior Manager to lead marketplace performance across key LATAM cities. You will define strategy, design scalable processes, and influence cross-functional teams to grow couriers, engagement, and retention.

Deliver data-driven insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools, partnering with Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI to scale initiatives. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential.
