Senior IT & Security Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior IT / Security Manager in Washington, DC. This individual will be the first internal IT hire responsible for owning the company’s IT environment, security posture, and SOC 2 readiness efforts. On a daily basis, they will oversee Microsoft 365 administration and security, support the migration from Google Workspace, and manage access control across the organization. They will partner closely with a third-party MSP to oversee infrastructure, escalate technical issues, and ensure proper vendor performance while handling lighter internal and client-facing IT needs. This person will also lead SOC 2 audit readiness, including coordinating with auditors, maintaining compliance documentation in Drata, and supporting quarterly audits post-certification.
