Location: Onsite in Toronto, Canada; open to Mexico-based nearshore candidates able to travel to the client site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B applications and related infrastructure.
• Communicate the applications vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the B2B applications, including application incidents, requests, decisions, and associated projects.
• Create, prioritize, and refine user stories. Define acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog and services to ensure continuity and no business disruption.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, service delivery, and projects.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and IT policies and best practices.
