Job Overview

As the Senior Interior Designer you are responsible to deliver interior design services across design projects from concept development through construction completion. You provide technical design expertise, strong design sensibility, and collaborative coordination with Development, Construction, Sales and Marketing, Homeowner Care, consultants, suppliers and trades to support clear, buildable, cost‑conscious and market‑aligned design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design packages for residential and amenity spaces, including conceptual design, detailed design, finish schedules, specifications and construction documentation.
