We're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer with significant experience in the beauty industry to help shape the future of an iconic global beauty brand. This is a highly visible role for a designer who understands that exceptional beauty packaging is where industrial design, engineering, brand storytelling, and consumer experience come together.
You'll lead the design and development of primary packaging from concept through production, creating innovative bottles, tubes, jars, pumps, caps, closures, applicators, compacts, and custom components that are both visually compelling and technically sound. Working closely with Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and global manufacturing partners, you'll transform consumer insights into products that are beautiful, functional, manufacturable, and commercially successful.
