Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for IGA solutions
- Define technical architecture and identity governance strategy
- Design advanced RBAC models and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
- Conduct requirements‑gathering workshops
- Serve as a technical reference for complex integrations
- Ensure adherence to security frameworks and compliance requirements
- Support clients during regulatory audits
- Mentor junior and mid-level analysts
- Identify opportunities for technical expansion within client environments
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a related field
- Solid experience in IGA implementation projects
- Experience in IAM/IGA solution architecture
- Advanced knowledge of complex integrations and automation
- Advanced English
- SailPoint Identity Security Leader, Professional, or Engineer certification (preferred)
