Senior IAM Administrator (Badajoz)

About the Role

The Senior IAM Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting Domino’s global Identity & Access Management platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and CIAM. The role ensures the delivery of secure, compliant, and scalable identity services aligned with Cloud First and Zero Trust principles, while implementing consistent and auditable governance across workforce, partner, and customer environments. A key focus is reducing operational risk through least-privilege access, automation, and effective lifecycle management, while maintaining full alignment with Global/Group IT security standards, governance frameworks, and change management processes.

The Senior IAM Administrator collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including Global/Group IT, Security Operations, Digital teams, and Application Owners, as well as external partners and third‑party vendors, as required.
