**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking Senior Level HUMINT Collection Managers to collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic teams, and intelligence consumers to ensure that clandestine and overt HUMINT collection operations are focused, guided, and optimized for maximum effectiveness. These Collection Managers will apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to keep intelligence collectors and consumers informed of collection developments, relevancy, and emerging requirements. This position requires strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to use advanced analytic, data mining, statistical, and visualization techniques to interpret ISR data sources, manage large datasets, and report findings.
