Senior Human Resources Generalist

Skills & Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent; CHRP an asset.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HR with a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, AODA legislation.
• Proficiency in Workday and Dayforce or similar
• Payroll experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, fostering positive employee relations and advising on policies and procedures.
