Senior HR & People Ops Lead (Mexico Start-Up)

Zoomlion is seeking a Deputy HR Manager to lead HR operations for a new subsidiary in Mexico. You will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle and, over time, take on more responsibilities in recruitment, ER, and L&D.

The role requires 10+ years in HR within multinational or manufacturing settings, fluent Spanish and English, and proven startup/scale-up HR leadership. You will collaborate with the HR team to support business growth.
