Responsibilities
Provides strategic HR expertise to an assigned client group
Provides advice and expertise on workforce planning, employee experience, culture, team effectiveness and change leadership
Influences decisions that balance the needs of the business with employee experience goals and practices
Contributes to planning and executing the workforce/people strategy
Builds effective relationships by partnering with leadership teams to understand strategic business and people issues
Provides HR expertise, professional advice, coaching and mentoring to members of the HR team
Proactively monitors trends and best practices to facilitate change in the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
CHRP designation is preferred; certified coach designation considered an asset
