Senior HR Analyst, Systems & Analytics

Position Summary

The Senior P&C Analyst will play a key role in driving People & Culture transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on HR systems optimization, analytics, automation, and process improvement. This role goes beyond operational support to actively lead and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve data‑driven decision‑making, and accelerate digital adoption across the P&C function.

A key focus of this role is improving and optimizing People & Culture processes and systems (including ADP and Monday.com), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and automation wherever possible. The successful candidate will help transform manual processes into streamlined, tech‑enabled workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, ADP, Monday.com, and AI solutions such as Google Gemini and other automation tools.
