In this senior role, you'll be accountable for transitioning outsourcing engagements, managing project plans, resources, and cost estimates. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all transition activities for outsourcing engagements
• Architect transition solutions including work plans and staffing
• Conduct workshops to define customer requirements
• Lead and develop cross-functional engagement teams
• Track program management and improvement planning
Requirements:
• 10-15 years in sales and delivery with a Systems Integrator
• Experience with global delivery models in IT services
