LGC Geotechnical is currently involved in some of Southern California’s most technically challenging and diverse projects including master-planned residential communities, industrial developments, municipal improvements, public facilities, and custom residential developments. Current projects involve providing recommendations for grading, landslide stabilization, liquefaction mitigation, groundwater control, soil improvement, shallow and deep foundation design, observation of deep excavations, and design of earth retaining structures. Project sites are typically located in Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
