NBCUniversal is looking for a highly skilled Senior Gameplay Systems Programmer to help build the core gameplay experience of an ambitious new AAA platform developed in Unreal Engine 5. This role focuses on the implementation and evolution of scalable gameplay systems supporting systemic gameplay, multiplayer experiences, and user-generated content (UGC).



As part of the Gameplay Systems team, you will work closely with Lead Programmers, Gameplay Architect, Designers, AI and Gameplay Engineers, technical teams, and Technical Directors to develop robust gameplay frameworks and features that support both internally-developed and player-authored experiences.
