**Your key responsibilities**
• Leading the full fragrance development cycle for all assigned accounts – managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients
• Deliver winning fragrance themes that answer our customers’ expectations aligned with consumer needs based on data analysis where available
