Senior Formulation Scientist — Personal Care Innovator

Randstad Singapore is supporting a well‑established manufacturer in Singapore to hire a Senior Chemist. You will develop new formulations and enhance existing ones, with a focus on product performance, stability, and cost efficiency.

You will manage regulatory compliance with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and HSA submissions, prepare PDS/COA/SDS, and provide technical support to Sales & Marketing. Strong mentoring and communication skills are expected.
