The Senior Finance Associate provides support to the Finance Department in managing various accounting, budgeting, reporting and audit support functions.

Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular Full-time, Hybrid. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Assist with preparation of the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
+ Assist with preparation of the quarterly operating forecast.
+ Assist with schedules and journal entries for grant accounting, reporting and reimbursements.
+ Monitor department revenue and expenses and prepare various analyses in comparison to budget.
+ Support in maintaining reporting templates, dashboards, and input sheets used for budgeting and financial analysis of campus operations.
