Our client is looking for a Senior Family Lawyer to join their team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will be able to significantly grow their existing book of business:

Compensation is a base salary, plus bonus on a graduated percentage of billings

Requirements:

5+ years of post-call experience working in Family Law

Have a roster of clients to partially sustain, but capacity & eagerness to manage much more

Own a book of at least $250,000 preferred

Will have the support of a dedicated Law Clerk, or shared with another Lawyer

Needs to have strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children's Law Reform Act

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation range: $180,000 to $250,000
