As a Senior Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing facilities' operational aspects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards across multiple properties. You'll supervise team members while collaborating with various departments to optimize performance and enhance the overall occupant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety and compliance initiatives in all facilities
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of facility staff
• Oversee work order management and efficiency processes
• Conduct site inspections and proactive problem-solving
• Elevate tenant experience through active communication
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years in facility/property management
