Job Overview

The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing facilities lead and supported capital projects across all Give & Go locations by directing, coaching, and mentoring a team of facilities engineers assigned to the projects. The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager will be responsible for the execution of their own assigned projects that are large‑scale, complex, and potentially multi‑location initiatives. The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager will work with the Director, Facilities to provide the necessary tools, systems, and training for the Facilities Engineers to optimize their execution effectiveness.
