What you’ll be doing
- Data Analysis & Control Development: Access and analyze complex, distributed datasets to extract meaningful insights for TM control development
- Perform statistical analysis and simulation of existing controls to assess impact of proposed changes
- Develop designs for new TM controls based on data-driven insights
Control Review & Optimization
- Review existing automated transaction monitoring controls and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage quantitative optimization of TM controls through data analysis (including Above and Below The Line testing)
- Analyze, assess, and document the effectiveness of current automated controls
- Independently drive initiatives and coordinate with junior team members
- Manage diverse stakeholders with varying needs across multiple business areas
