What The Role Is
You perform the role of a Human Resources (HR) business partner to the relevant stakeholders in the assigned department(s). You will manage the end‑to‑end career management functions for Defence Executive Officers (DXOs) in these department(s) and act as a career advisor to them on their career progression and developmental needs.
What You Will Be Working On- Serve as an HR business partner to stakeholders in assigned department(s), providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Manage comprehensive career management functions for DXOs, including career planning, progression pathways, and talent development initiatives.
