In this permanent full-time role, the Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director, managing schedules, travel logistics, and written communications. You will ensure smooth operations by prioritizing tasks and following up on sensitive issues that require careful handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Director's busy calendar and travel details
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and necessary documents
• Manage communication and follow-up on urgent matters
• Serve as a bridge to external stakeholders and government reps
• Assist in organizing Chiefs Committees and special projects
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or a 3-year BA in administration
• At least 5 years supporting senior management
