Senior Engineer-Process&Chemical

The Senior Process and Chemical Engineer act as the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Process and Chemical Leader within Engineering & Development Services (EDS), you will work with Global Discipline Leader & Global Sub-Discipline Leaders and develop APAC resource management strategies. You will be responsible for resource management, hiring, developing talent while building and leading a high-performance team across multiple solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing a culture geared towards optimizing efficiency and agility in line with BV Nextgen strategy for Global and Regional markets.

You shall lead a medium-sized team common across all solutions. You will be reporting directly to the EDS APAC Resource Leader and have a matrix connection with the Global Discipline Leader.
